I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern with a bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Barry University. I have over 14 years of experience working with dual diagnosis, behavioral health, applied behavioral analysis, mental health, and coaching with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, families, and businesses. I also have experience working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, bipolar, behavioral issues, work/life balance, goal setting. , I provide ADHD Coaching and Consulting for children, adolescents, teens, parents, adults, families, schools, and businesses to increase confidence, knowledge, motivation, awareness, skills, empowerment, and performance. I will bring out all of your superpowers to help you become the superhero you are meant to be! , My approach to coaching is to provide a nonjudgmental environment for you to explore yourself and work towards your goals while increasing your well-being.
