About Us

Integrated Therapy is an approach to healing and growth that views the individual as an integrated whole...mind, body, and spirit. My journey into the counseling world and my desire to help others centers around this concept. This process centers upon viewing the individual holistically; mind, body, and spirit and is enacted by not only using traditional talk therapy, which focuses on our life story and patterns of behavior, but by looking at the system in its entirety. Together, we will look to see where this system can be improved upon in order to navigate a solution to your problems. , To fully understand my own story was the beginning but it was the eventual learning of how my system operated and interacted on all these levels which led to both healing and growth. This growth is done by the use of techniques, including, mindfulness, meditation, hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and nutritional and wellness counseling. , My twenty years as a bartender, is the spark that led to me to become a counselor. I have spoken to many people and I know the difficulties, personally, when attempting to find both meaning and the peace of mind one strives for in life. This difficult journey is not yours to burden alone but instead a shared one that we will go through together.
