I have 13 years of experience working as a therapist. I believe that a good therapeutic relationship is very important for the healing process, and I take time and care to establish rapport. I work with adolescents and adults who want to improve their mood, their relationships, self-regulation, communication skills and overall satisfaction with life. We explore your emotions, situations, and past events that have an impact on your life today. We can tap into the skills and gifts you already have and learn more. , During sessions with me, you can expect to feel heard and empowered. Together we will develop a plan to address the issues that are important to you. We will work on increasing your awareness of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and how they affect your overall wellbeing. I will give you honest, insightful feedback. , I believe we all have the ability to heal and improve our lives. Humans have an innate desired to be heard, understood and connect with others. We also all have gifts, abilities and fears. Therapy is a great place to explore it all, and get a a better understanding of what is creating our problems and what resources we have to address them.
