Oftentimes, there is that inner voice in our head that has become more of a critic instead of a friend. We have trained our minds to overthink, overanalyze, and overcomplicate daily situations. My name is Hara Wachholder and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I specialize in working with teens and adults looking to shift their perspective of themselves and the world around them.
