Feeling overwhelmed is a heavy burden, but you don’t have to face it alone. With over 15 years of experience, I provide compassionate and collaborative support for people dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, and other life challenges. I focus on creating a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself (or figure out who you are!) and address what matters most to you. You do not need to continue to just get through the day. My goals are to help you shift your mindset, feel connected to yourself and develop practical strategies for a more organized, supported, and fulfilling life. Serving clients in FL, MD, CT & WA. , I blend a direct communication style with evidence-based methods like CBT, person-centered talk therapy, DBT and mindfulness. We will co-create your plan of care to ensure that our work is specific to your priorities.
