With my experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I have helped people navigate through various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, marital conflict, infidelity, separation and divorce, family strain, parenting, and significant life changes. , In therapy, I integrate the following evidence-based therapies: EFT, CBT, SFBT, Family Systems, and Structural Family Therapy.
