We believe that in order to access your healthiest and most fulfilled self you must be able to clear any traumas and/or shame messaging. Much of our inner life is subconscious which can lead us to confusion when our life isnt quite what we want it to be. Unhealed trauma and shame can look like relationship struggles, lack of self-esteem, poor school performance, addictions, keeping yourself stressed and too busy. We are here to help you work to make the unconscious conscious so you can be on your way to your most authentically you life. ", We work with many individuals, families, and couples from ages four and up. Although we specialize in trauma, we will meet you where you are. We can provide anything from coping skills, to psychoeducation to more deep emotional healing work. Whatever is your strongest need. We provide a truly tailored therapeutic approach. , We will work as your team to help support you in every single step of your journey. We will walk with you through your most intense emotions and remind you that you are safe here.
