About Us

I am the Founder and Clinical Director of a group practice, Family Counseling Associates, Inc. in Jupiter, Fl that I founded in 1998. I primarily treat adolescents and adults dealing with such issues as depression, anxiety, relationship/couples and family counseling, divorce, and I have specialized training and interest in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and would describe my style as "directive". I actively participate in the sessions with my clients to help them identify their goals and then motivate them to make the changes neccessary to meet these goals. , I have dedicated my career to putting together a diverse group of highly skilled and compassionate therapists who share my enthusiasm for helping others achieve their goals and lead more fufilling lives as well as experiencing healthier relationships. , No one is immune from the daily stressors life throws our way.
