I primarily treat adolescents and adults dealing with such issues as depression, anxiety, relationship/couples and family counseling, divorce, and I have specialized training and interest in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and would describe my style as "directive".
