About Us

Therapy is about making improvement, no matter how small or large. Life is not always bright and exciting, it can be dark and nerve-racking. We don\t have to be perfect, we just strive to be better than yesterday. Using my years of experience guiding adults and adolescents through anxiety and depression, I will work with you to remove barriers that keep you from your goals. Utilizing various evidence-based interventions, we build confidence and identify the strengths you hold. My goal as your therapist is to walk with you on your journey, as you overcome life\s struggles. "Tough times don\t last, tough people do." , I work with people suffering with a multitude of disorders, including anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, relational struggles, as well as substance use issues. I strive to help individuals, couples, families and even groups with their internal struggles by tailoring modalities to the clients needs. , Doubt may linger, but together we can make change.
