About Us

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Acupuncture Physician. I received my Master of Education with a specialization degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelors in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. I also received a Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine. I focus on resolving emotional traumas that are physically manifested through blockages in the human body. My passion is to connect people with themselves at a deeper level, with others more authentically and with the world wholeheartedly. , My approach is based in soul-centered somatic practices, harnessing the power of breath-work, body-awareness, and intuition. I bring a unique perspective and an intuitive holistic approach to facilitate physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well being. , One can expect to take an active and collaborative role in their therapeutic experience and healing. My areas of specialization include Somatic Practices, Mindfulness Practices, EMDR, DBT, NET, Attachment Theory, Experiential Therapy, and Spiritually-Informed Approaches. I obtained my DBT Certification through The Linehan Institute/Behavioral Tech.
