She specializes in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and self-esteem with adolescents and adults. Emily employs an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and solution-oriented techniques. By tailoring her methods to the unique needs of her clients, she fosters collaboration and ensures that therapy progresses at a pace that is comfortable for each individual or couple. , She has experience working with a variety of presenting problems such as, trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and low self-worth. She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities depending on the clients needs including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, and Solution Focus. , Emily has had the pleasure of working with clients from different backgrounds and believes everyone has the potential to live a happy and fulfilled life.
