My background is in trauma, substance use, and crisis intervention. I believe in using trauma-informed, evidence-based solutions sprinkled in with some humor and tough love. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is similar to EMDR and other reprocessing therapies. , I feel so privileged to be a therapist. I am constantly humbled by clients ability to be vulnerable, which shows a deep courage. I value authenticity, connection, trust, and curiosity and will use these values to help guide our process.
