Do you ever find it difficult to express how you feel or communicate what you’re thinking? Have you ever thought that those around you don’t fully understand what you’re experiencing or what you have experienced? I am here to help you explore and unpack any areas of your life that you find challenging, confusing, or overwhelming. There doesn’t have to be anything “wrong” to seek therapy, but it can feel terrifying taking that first step. You are brave and you are welcomed here, so please come as you are. , If you’re wondering what therapy will be like, I can tell you that I will create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space for you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. I will work alongside you to help detangle the jumbled thoughts so you can take back control of your life. I will challenge you along the way. , My approach focuses on implementing trauma informed evidence-based practices to work through issues related to addiction, abuse, and stress/burn out. As an openly queer therapist, I am also passionate about helping those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
