" Hi my name is Elizabeth and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida and Ive been practicing in the field for 10 plus years. I am holistic in my approach, adhering to the Adlerian theory of beliefs. I believe the relationship between the therapist and the client is the most important piece to counseling, second to tools specific to removing what is hindering you from moving forward. With an empathic, experienced counselor and with hope and the belief that better days are ahead, there is nearly no adversity we cannot work through to help you reach the goals you set and to make the changes you need. ", I utilize my training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help clients heal from trauma, my certification in yoga to use somatic movement to release pent up emotions and anxiety, and my empathic, insightful nature to understand and help clients connect and find meaning in their lives.
