Seeking help is an important and personal decision. As a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed mental health counselor, I offer a style of counseling that is both gentle and challenging to individuals, couples and families. My approach in the therapeutic process is one that supports and guides you to gain greater understanding of yourself and your relationships as you work to resolve the issues you choose to address such as: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relational issues and disruptions in life. In therapy we set goals explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors and work together toward your desired outcomes. , In my practice I will focus on meeting your specific goals by drawing on theoretical frameworks that address your concerns and provide you with tools to help you. My clinical experiences include current work with private practice clients who are dealing with adjustments to life circumstances and formerly in substance addiction and co-occurring disorders. , If you are coping with sudden life changes or are facing an on ongoing issue that prevents you from fully enjoying your life we can address these.
