Accepting NEW clients! Finding meaning and fulfillment in life can be quite difficult as helplessness, worthlessness, stress, fear, anxiety and worry leave you feeling stuck and overwhelmed. My clinical experiences with asylum seekers, prisoners of war and Veterans set the foundation for my passion to provide trauma-informed treatments that are grounded in research and proven to be effective. I have found that a client-centered approach to therapy is most effective for helping to resolve emotional wounds and build resiliency during times of crisis and distress. , As a trauma and PTSD specialist, I have extensive experience in a variety of gold standard treatments including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Relationships (STAIR), and Trauma-Informed Guilt Reduction Therapy (TrIGR). , My goals as a cognitive-behavioral Clinical Psychologist are to improve your self-understanding and to empower you to take steps towards a mindset encouraging change, growth, and resiliency.
