After more than 20 years of working to support survivors of emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, I’ve discovered that trauma leaves traces that remain long after the first crisis occurs. That’s how it was for me until I found the right help to guide me on my healing journey. I want to be that help for you. , I use various methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma, Feminist, Eclectic, and many more, to support your healing journey.
