I have helped individuals overcome numerous issues including stress and anxiety disorders, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, depression, behavioral issues and grief. I have also helped couples and families restore communication among other issues, such as divorce, separation and co-parenting and have facilitated parenting classes. I also see clients needing relationship counseling, couples counseling and marriage counseling. ", I am a wife, mother, sister and daughter and know that life can get challenging. I have over 10 years of experience and know that everyone’s story is different. I have a diverse background of working in home, schools and private practice.
