Would you like to talk in a safe space while learning coping and closure skills to move forward? , Dorothy has a US Army and Law Enforcement Veteran background who has been formally trained in the following therapeutic tools: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Gestalt as well as other additional modalities: PTSD, Anxiety to name a few , Dorothy offers effective outpatient, individual therapies to address emotional and mental health issues with a trauma focus from ages 18 years of age and up. The initial (up to 15 minuets) phone consultation is complimentary. Dorothy accepts self pay only and works with a sliding fee scale, if qualified.
