Hi! I am a holistic practitioner and a Registered Intern. I am a licensed massage therapist, life coach, and health & wellness coach. My passion in life is to help others heal from past pain & trauma, overcome challenges, and create a life of joy, peace, love, purpose and meaning. I have learned a lot on my own healing journey (am still learning every day) and would be honored to walk beside you on yours. My approach is positive, individualized, and collaborative. I begin by truly getting to know you and what you are hoping to achieve in our time together. We then create a plan together to work towards you reaching your goals. , I am trained in many different types of therapies and techniques from traditional talk therapies to more holistic approaches such as mindfulness, breath work, and meditation. I do my very best to create space for you to feel safe, share your thoughts & feelings, and progress at your pace in your own way. , " Although it can be hard work, therapy can and should also be enjoyable, rewarding, and even fun. I have experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, and families. My areas of specialty include: overcoming anxiety and depression, healing from past trauma & PTSD, childrens & parenting issues, and health & wellness. "
