" Lets work together to help you meet your goals. Are you going through a life transition, anxious, depressed, experiencing grief? Life can definitely get overwhelming and often times we come to a point in life, where doing it on our own is no longer working for us. I like to join my clients in helping them work through and meet their goals and come to a place in which they are feeling and doing much better. I will carefully listen, assess and work with you to help get you to the place you want to be. So this is a journey we can take toghether and I would be honored to help my clients get to that place. ", With over 20 years of expereince, I utilize different techniques to assist clients in helping them meet their goals or help them get to a different place in their life. I utilize techniques found in CBT, DBT, postive psychology, motivational interviewing and others. , I would like to invite you to work together to help get you to that place. Change is often times not easy and we are used to doing it the same way, but lets work together and get to a different place in life. This is coming from a person who experienced very drastic, difficult changes in 2021, but I am here to tell you there is light on the other side.
