Do you tend to put other people’s needs before your own? Are you great at helping others but have difficulty consistently doing things for yourself? I utilize a holistic, trauma-informed, and relational-based therapeutic framework when connecting how patterns from your past are impacting your present circumstances. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space to help you live a more fulfilled, mindful, and present life. , My therapeutic style is eclectic in tailoring your treatment to best suit your needs. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and find it beneficial to learn how to live with past traumas and negative self-limiting beliefs more adaptively. , “Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it.” – Helen Keller.
