Many of us today are finding life’s challenges overwhelming, and may be feeling unsettled and anxious, or down and depressed. We may feel that our relationships are suffering, or that our deeper traumas have been triggered, making it difficult to cope. , I’d like to help. For over 30 years, I have had the honor and privilege of serving individual, couple, family and group therapy clients. I find it deeply rewarding to work with people who are seeking help to deal with ordinary and extraordinary stressors, depression, anxiety, issues of grief and loss, life transitions, and/or mental illness. , I will provide a secure, confidential, supportive environment in which we can work together to find solutions and develop a plan tailored your individual needs and goals.
