I enjoy working with young adults and individuals with autism spectrum disorder, I also work with children and teens. My passion for helping others has spanned over 30 years and has been the cornerstone of my career. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, as well as a board certified behavior analyst. I am also authorized to practice interjurisdictional telepsychology. My training allows me to treat my clients from multiple perspectives. , I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and mood disorders, as well as working with individuals with autism. I am trained in cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness techniques, supportive parenting for anxious childhood emotions (SPACE), social skills training, DBT, mental toughness training, and emotional regulation training. , I want my clients to not only overcome their psychological barriers but to experience joy in their lives. I help them do this by learning to balance work and play and incorporationg life long self-care habits such as meditation, relaxation techniques, positive thinking and mindfulness routines into their day.
