Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I love working with others and watching their growth when people feel supported and validated. I offer low-rate therapy services in addition to accepting insurance because I truly believe mental health services should be accessible and affordable for everyone. I have 11 years’ experience providing individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families within several settings, including an eating disorder treatment center, a prison substance abuse program, a school district, and two outpatient mental health practices. , I use an integrative approach with emphasis on CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and client-centered therapy. I am also trained in exposure and response prevention therapy to help individuals with OCD challenge their compulsions and have received basic training in EMDR with the goal of working towards certification. , Please consider reaching out via email or phone call to inquire about current availability.
