About Us

Hi! I am Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern who specializes in women. Specifically, how women are affected by life transitions, pregnancy loss, grief, self-esteem and confidence, body issues, narcissistic partners, and divorce/separation. During our time together you can learn to embrace more of your womanhood and what it means to be a woman, how to heal past wounds & trauma, how to navigate loss of any kind, and fall more in love with yourself. I also enjoy doing couples therapy by helping couples revive their relationships and create a harmonious partnership. , A lot of my work is centered in mindfulness, somatic work, and psychotherapy. You could say my approach is holistic in nature. I enjoy to think outside the box, but most importantly, I focus on how I can best serve the people I help. All of my approaches are tailored to the person that is in front of me. , I can understand that therapy may seem a bit scary at times, especially when it comes to asking for help, it takes vulnerability, courage, and bravery to be able to do so.
