One of life’s unavoidable experiences is stress which can cause overwhelming neurological, hormonal, physiological and psychological reactions creating symptoms that can make managing even basic daily tasks difficult. I would like to support you in your resiliency journey. Together we will implement strategies that influence the bodies ability to calm reactive stress cycles naturally and create the right mental environment for meaningful reflection, awareness, balance and insight. I holistically support those struggling with grief, trauma, chronic pain and ADHD with contemplative neuroscience and contextual behavioral strategies. I blend approaches such as contemplative/mindful interventions, focused thought meditation/movement and experiential activities to foster change. , I have experience supporting LGBTQI+ populations, healthcare professionals, marginalized populations and first responders. I work with clients from mid-adolescence to seniors.
