I work with people to develop a strong sense of self, learn mindfulness, distress tolerance skills or other ways to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety and learn to be less impulsive. , I am here to listen and help you gain insight. I believe that there is no better feeling than watching those we have helped feel better, stronger and happier. I have experience working with addiction, grief, trauma, anxiety and depression.
