I know that as a mother or father, you are often consumed by thoughts about whether or not you are doing this parenting thing "right." Parenthood comes with many joys but also with lots of worry and doubt. In addition to trying to be a good parent, you are also having to manage a household, provide financially and keep your marriage together. Sometimes it all just feels like too much. What if I were to tell you that there is a better way to manage your family. A way that serves the individual needs of each person in your home allowing you each to be seen, heard and supported in the process without burning out or feeling guilt. , My expertise lies in systems theories which look beyond the individual and take into account the entire system. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with training in Maternal Mental Health, EMDR and Human Design. Using a variety of skills I can support you in creating a family dynamic that allow you to move from surviving to thriving. , Being a mother myself and experiencing the hardships firsthand, I have developed a passion for helping families redefine outdated family dynamics and pave a path towards obtaining greater harmony in their homes.
