It is amazing to see the progress people can make when they are provided a supportive and non-judgmental environment to work through whatever lifes challenges they are facing. Life stressors can be tremendously impacting to us, whether they are current issues from our home, work/school settings and society in general, or struggles and traumas experienced earlier in our lives. National and world events are also adding to these layers of stress. ", Stress levels and complicating variables differ for each person and therefore emotions can range from milder anxiety and/or depression to quite intense and overwhelming emotions, but with therapeutic resources, coping and communication skills, and stress management skills, these current stressors and past traumas can be managed or resolved. , I work within your values and belief systems and welcome your call to discuss the issue(s) that you are facing.
