" I have a passion for psychology, mental health and overall well being. My own healing journey has given me unique insight into how to best help my clients. I practice a mix of evidence based theories, matching what is needed to each clients individual situation. My specialty lies in developing a close and trusting relationship with my clients, and understanding them on a deeper level, through a psychoanalytic approach. I have found this path provides long term growth, healing and positive change.
