As a Marriage & Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience and as a dedicated Christian/Catholic, my therapy addresses the complexity of problems--anxiety, depression and personal issues--in a spiritual context, and in the relationships that we have, here and now. My clients include couples, families and individuals who wish to include their spirituality in therapy. Faith can combine with finding solutions from the sciences and lead to lives lived more abundantly. However, I have years of experience working in a secular, non-religious context.
