Hello and congratulations on choosing clinical hypnotherapy to empower yourself for taking the next step towards achieving your goals. Before any change can truly begin and YOUR desired outcome be established I (we) will do everything possible to understand 1. where you are 2. how you arrived there/what has happened/what is happening etc.) and 3. where you want to be. Some clinical hypnotherapy sessions will be very short and others will take longer. Each person and each concern is different, however; all therapy including clinical hypnotherapy requires work and there is no such thing as an “easy-fix” if YOU want a lasting change. I have several associate professionals who I am more than happy to work with and recommend, if I consider their specific skill would be more beneficial to your treatment program, we can include them. , My philosophy is based on empathy not sympathy, an understanding of you the client, issues/concerns in a non-judgmental professional and respectful way. I am a member of the regulatory bodies IMDHA, ACHE and the IAIH. I will plan your session carefully, paying attention to what you have told me and specific information you have shared with me.
