I believe there is an untapped resource that lies within each of us and I enjoy helping people find the many ways to tap into that potential to heal and grow. I work with children, adults, couples and families with issues ranging from severe trauma, stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, health psychology and personal growth. , In addition to traditional psychology, I have extensive training and practice in several consciousness disciplines including mindfulness-based meditation, yoga, tai chi, the martial arts and energy medicine. I combine the principles of these ancient practices with traditional psychology to form the mind-body aspect of my practice. , Therapy works best when there is a good match between client, therapist and modality. There are many ways to reach a goal, and people have an innate wisdom about themselves that is a valuable tool in the healing process. My goal is to help each client find their personal path of best possible outcome and offer them a wide variety modalities to get there.
