I work with individuals—especially women—seeking to heal, reclaim their self-worth, and live more empowered lives. You may be navigating life transitions, dealing with emotional wounds, or looking for relief from anxiety and stress. Having taught yoga and mindfulness for over a decade, I combine holistic mind-body practices with therapy to help you find balance, ease, and space to reconnect with yourself. There is a soft, safe place to land. , I specialize in navigating trauma, anxiety, and life stresses through holistic healing (somatic therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness.) I specifically hold space for those in creative, high-stress, and/or public-facing roles.
