Practice FULL, NOT accepting new clients at this time. After 30+ years of experience, I have found that even during intense stress, struggles, pains, hurts, and failures, people are amazingly resilient. As a licensed psychotherapist, I consider all aspects of a person: mental, emotional, and physical health; faith and spiritual considerations; culture, and lifestyle. Working together, a focus emerges and the process begins that assists in gaining a clearer and deeper understanding of themselves and others, while experiencing a renewed purpose, meaning, and identity through their beliefs, values, and faith...a life worth living. , My clinical experience is helping clients with mood/emotional disorders, trauma/PTSD, helping individuals and families cope with cancer, bereavement, relationships difficulties, employment struggles, and faith. These experiences have enabled me to specialize in depression, anxiety, loss, work/life balance, relationships, and anger/impulse control. , I have an interactive style, a compassionate heart, and a commitment to serve. I demystify the counseling process so that it makes sense and creates safety and security. This leads to hope which makes growth, change, and new beginnings possible. New beginnings start here.
