About Us

When we grow up in rejecting environments, we learn to see our needs as burdens. As we enter adulthood we may struggle to say “no” and may find it challenging to disconnect from work or the needs of others in our families and the relationships around us. We may find that we don’t feel seen, heard, and/or understood by the people around us, which may make us work even harder to earn the validation that we want from people around us. Unfortunately, when we get it, the validation doesn’t resonate with us. Relational therapy can be a place where we begin to start feeling heard and understand what we need to start meeting our own needs. , Telehealth only at this time. I specialize in treating complex/relational trauma through the lens of the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). This framework allows individuals to build a better relationship with themselves and begin to start developing more secure relationships with the people around them. , Getting help can be difficult, especially if this is your first time reaching out for it. You may feel like you don’t deserve help or even feel like your problems don’t require therapy.
