Therapy can be immensely helpful whether you are struggling in your relationships, at work, with low mood, or anxiety. I enjoy helping people treat a multitude of concerns such as anxiety and depression, stress, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, addiction/substance use concerns, perinatal mental health, and pregnancy loss. Sessions will be individually tailored to the needs and expectations of each unique client. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions during my sessions. I am comfortable meeting you where you currently are in order for us to move forward together.
