About Us

I am Charisse C. Fountain, a semi-retired licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of proven experience in providing responsive psychosocial services to adult and geriatric clients of diverse economic, racial, and cultural backgrounds whose lives are impacted by varied behavioral health and/or physical health conditions. Keenly aware of the consequences of unmet psychosocial needs that may impact overall well-being and quality of life, I work diligently with clients seeking to address those factors. I maintain a small caseload to ensure availability to provide comprehensive care as a telehealth therapist based in Florida. , I offer responsive therapeutic support via individual sessions to clients, family members, or caregivers suffering anxiety/depression that are designed to promote their adjustment and adaptation to the stress of changed lifestyles associated with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses as well as related feelings of grief and loss or anticipated demise. , Naturally calm, compassionate, and respectful of others, my intent is to offer a sense of acceptance and safety; a comfortable environment for disclosure and exploration to actively build the requisite level of trust with each client.
