I am dual trained in Mental Health in addition to Marriage and Family therapy. Therefore I work with individuals as well as couples and families. My approach to working with clients is to identify where they are currently at, then help them identify where they want to be. Through collaboration I work with clients to identify clear, identifiable short term goals to aid them in growing closer to their main therapeutic goal. , Identifying current positive coping skills as well as collaboratively creating new ones moving forward can strengthen the mental and emotional connection a client has with themselves, therefore aiding in the process of moving towards goals within therapy. , Often times entering therapy or even considering that initial session can be daunting. I strive to work with clients to create a space where they can feel comfortable and open creating and working towards their goals.
