About Us

My name is Cassandra Hoffer. I am a wellness oriented, solution focused, Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Florida. I have recently changed my practice from in person, to online through Headway. I am happy to have the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families facing personal or relationship challenges. Over time, I have also gained considerable experience helping clients find their own most effective ways to meet the day to day challenges of substance use and recovery from addictive behaviors. , I appreciate opportunities to assist clients to be more mindful of their thinking patterns and the ways they habitually respond to them. Gradually shifting toward self affirming thoughts and behaviors, client outcomes improve over time. Clients are also encouraged to become more aware what happens when doing more of what is already working in their lives. , In our first session, we will begin to get acquainted toward developing trust. We will discuss challenges, past and present, and explore and build upon current successes in your life, career and relationships. We will collaborate toward determining ways to capitalize on what is already working, and substitute more effective coping skills for what is not.
