" Are you struggling or feeling overwhelmed with problems? Are you having difficulty coping with lifes stressors? I provide individual counseling for adults, children, and adolescents. I provide support in handling concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavior issues, and more by helping clients figure out what they are doing well and build upon those successes. We then work on developing any skills or coping strategies that will work together with your existing strengths to help reach your goals and find solutions to what is causing you distress. ", I use Solution-Focused Therapy, which aims to build on your inherent strengths and what you are already doing well to find solutions to what is causing distress in your life. I also incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, & Behavior Therapy to create an individualized treatment plan for each client. , " Therapy is hard work but I believe everyone has the strengths needed to overcome their distress.
