" Trauma and the effects of trauma can be relentless on ones mind, body and spirit. The effects of trauma can last for years if not addressed and or dealt with. The burden of trauma not only effects the individual, but the trauma can bleed into surrounding areas of ones life and rob one of emotionally and physically healing from ones wounds.
