I am a generalist, meaning a pull from a variety of approaches, but value therapist flexibility and tailor my interventions on the individual needs of each client. , I have a passion for working with adolescent/young adults, professionals, and individuals with anxiety, trauma or mood disorders. I have over eight-years of experience working in a variety of settings and treatment concerns. I offer weekend, evening and sliding fee appointments.
