About Us

The myriad of choices and challenges in life can cause us to forget that we all have a divine purpose or that there is hope in a better tomorrow. Many times, finding that purpose or hope can feel even more difficult or even impossible, but there is always hope. I am passionate about intentional living, mental health wellbeing, and stewardship of the gifts God that He has entrusted with all of us. “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms” (1 Peter 4:10, NIV). , I have worked with adolescence with ADHD, ADD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Impulsive behaviors, Bi-Polar, Anxiety, Depression and PTSD within the public school system. I have worked with families and individuals to improve coping skills with a variety of situations to improve mental health wellbeing. , I use several approaches depending on your circumstance and unique attributes. I care about the quality and trust of the counseling relationship. I may use mindfulness, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, or psychodynamic psychotherapy to serve the needs of the client. I do care and I want to understand your story or situation.
