I have a unique perspective in that I have experience in other areas prior to psychology. I work on problem solving techniques often as quick as the first session, when applicable, because you come here for help. As a therapist, I am here to guide you in the direction you determine. I am not here to "tell you what to do", but rather help you focus on your issues, form goals, and attain those goals. Often I will used testing and other techniques to help identify problem areas, and therefore solutions, so that you may move on with your life. , I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Talk Therapy primarily, although I may use multimodal techniques. I also specialize in ADHD diagnosis and resolution as well as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. , Our office now offers psychological assessments, including a computer system for ADHD assessments, Learning Disorders, IQ Testing, and testing for Personality Disorders as well as other assessments. We offer testing for children, adolescents, and adults. Our practice consists of a psychologist and three counselors.
