Mental health conditions that I specialize in treating include major depression, generalized and performance-related anxiety, bipolar, adjustment disorders. Symptoms often appear as disturbances in mood, emotional regulation, thought processes and behavior. Mental and physical health are interconnected where physical health is an integral part to mental health treatment. When physical activity is incorporated into therapeutic treatment, self-efficacy is strengthened. I offer individuals and families a program that combines therapy with an add-on of exercise. , I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Florida and Colorado and an ACSM certified exercise physiologist. I provide therapeutic services for individuals and families with an emphasis on mind-body wellness.
