Hi, I\m Ashley! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is based in the beautiful Florida Gulf Coast Panhandle. Finding the "right" counselor is important, so I\d love to share a little bit about myself. I am a wife of 20 years, the proud mom of two kiddos, and a human mom to a precious labrador retriever. My happy place is definitely at the beach looking for shells or enjoying the waves from my beach chair! , " I specialize in working with high-functioning adults, teenagers, and children experiencing life challenges and life transitions such as self-esteem, confidence, anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, parenting, moving, military family life challenges, caregivers, health challenges, educational/career, womens issues. I am trained in EMDR as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy with a strength-based, client-centered approach.
