Going to therapy was one of the hardest journeys I have taken in life. Getting over the fear of being judged, labeled, and uncomfortable were the hardest parts. My experience in receiving therapy has given me insight to what it’s like on the other side of the couch and motivated me to provide the best clinical care possible. While the journey may be difficult to start, it is one that will never be in vain. Congratulations on taking your first step. , My modality is eclectic; however, my approach is tailored to what will work for your unique situation. I take an integrative approach to therapeutic work, utilizing evidenced-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavior, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. I currently work with adolescents aged 12-17, as well as adults of all ages. , Accepting New Clients!
