About Us

As a therapist, my role is to guide you along the sometimes messy, yet always rewarding path toward achieving optimal wellness - whatever that might mean for you. Everyone deserves to feel like the best version of themselves and I want to help you get there. I have a passion for helping adolescent and young adult women navigate big life transitions, interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, general stress, body image and self esteem issues, people pleasing tendencies and perfectionism, break ups, troubles trying to conceive and more. , My approach is eclectic in nature, as I pull from a number of different treatment modalities to ensure that your experience “on the couch” is highly individualized and tailored specifically to you. No two sessions are the same, just like no two clients are the same. Depending on your needs, we may use a combination of CBT, ACT, Person-Centered Therapy & more , Research suggests that a strong, trusting relationship between client and clinician is the most important predictor of positive results in therapy. Which is why like any other relationship I value and hold dear in my life I make every effort to nurture connections with my clients that are unique, personalized, and most importantly, human.
